I am unable to type the letters at the end of the keyboard....this is happening since past 2 days since the new update from Sony. initially the screen started opening apps automatically. when I tried opening whatsapp....the app next to it would open, then I tried restarting the phone still the same thing, The moment I switched On my phone, number of applications open up & d phone heats up pretty fast. After keeping the phone switched off for a day...I reset the phone back to its original settings...erased every app n all my personal data. Now the phone doesn't play but the touch isn't as responsive as it used to be and while texting letters mix up & I am unable to use the letter 'p' and the number '0' also 'j' & 'h' appear 2 times when pressed. I don't know what is wrong. I don't know how to downgrade the software version, If in case its a software issue. Kindly help me with this.
